You may place an order directly online through our e-commerce store, by emailing us at customerservice@basementbrands.com, or by calling us at (515) 577-0977, or toll-free at (888) 569-5836. Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday, 9am - 4pm CST. We would be happy to answer any questions or provide any additional information you need to ensure that your order is accurate.


We aim to fulfill and ship orders within 24hrs of receiving them. We use UPS Worldwide Shipping for most items; larger machines will ship LTL where noted. We work closely with our carriers to ensure that your order is handled carefully and efficiently, thereby providing prompt and reliable delivery for our customers. When your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and estimated delivery date.

International Orders

Unfortunately, we are unable to process or ship orders internationally at this time. However, we are exploring options and expanding our resources, and expect that we will soon be able to serve our customers overseas and across the world.


We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. You can also check out with your PayPal account. You will receive an email confirming your order and containing a receipt of payment for your records.

Privacy Policy

We recognize that information required to place an order is personal and very confidential; therefore, any information provided on our site is protected and secure. Personal information will not be sold or distributed to anyone. Occasionally, you may receive an email confirmation, reminder or promotional newsletter from us, but you can always unsubscribe by clicking the link provided at the end of such messages.


Although we strive for perfection in everything we do, things happen. Therefore, we are happy to offer a 30-day return policy, in which you may return unused items in their original packaging for a full refund less any applicable shipping, handling or restocking fees. To return an item, please email Customer Service at customerservices@basementbrands.com or leave us a message at (515) 577-0977, or toll-free at (888) 569-5836, with your name, contact information, the product and part number you wish to return, and your reason for returning it. Credit will be issued by your original method of payment when possible, or by check otherwise. Please note that it may take up to 20 calendar days after your return of a product for credit to be issued.
